Dripping Tap bath advise please

Hi All
i have never repaired a tap so i need your help please

I have a bath mixer tap that is dripping it is the same as this one

Questions are is it a washer that needs replacing if so where is it in the swan neck part or is it the hot/cold tap
I can take off the tap head that reveals the nut with a locking wire through the head

some taps have cartridges do i change the whole cartridge and if so how?

Usually for big jobs i get a plumber in but this may be too small

That one requires a new cartridge but it's finding the correct one which is the problem. Take the head off and unscrew the complete cartridge from the tap body to replace.
