Drone defence. They think it might reduce the damage from drone dropped grenades.

Russia has since updated guidance for base crew to instruct them to add more tyres and to build netting (no new funds though).
 
When I see stuff like this, I wonder how long it'll be before such tech is being used by rival gangs and the criminal world in general. e.g. rather than sending humans into rival territory to sort someone out, send a couple of drones equipped with some sort of weapon.
