We are experiencing a drop in the shower pressure which means that the boiler doesn't fire up.
The shower and boiler were installed 10 months ago and we have not had the problem before.

We have just come back from a 3 week holiday if that makes a difference.

Any ideas as to how this can be repaired?

Are the other hot outlets starting the boiler? Is there a noticeable drop in cold water pressure?

all the other hot water outlets fire up the boiler and yes there is a noticeable drop in the pressure in the shower.

I am hoping you have the answer...............

OK, time to check the filters/check valves into the shower.

Is it a thermostatic shower? If so the next test after the filters would be the thermostat.

take a pick of the shower and let us see what kind of shower it is.

Should be just a case of isolating the shower and away you go.
