Indeed - and we've both said that. However, when it comes to weighing up pros and cons, I think you've illustrated one of the issues. As I implied, I do think one would need an incredibly good risk-benefit argument before contemplating taking a measure (such as you mentioned, if not 'suggested') specifically intended to increase the current through a human being under certain fault conditions.
