Sorry but i now completely agree with *Dave* (read BB/WS/DD/ mate down the pub, everyones got one!!)

I am now a competant lift engineer!!!

While working in an OAP home the lift got stuck! Fire brigade was called to remedy the situation and rescue three people, but with my egotistical knowledge i went to the wardens office and managed to fashion a rudemetary key to fit the slot above the door.

Of course i knew that this would trigger the doors to open and allow the people trapped to break through to freedom.

Oh how the firemen laughted when i recounted the story to them.

Anyway i digress, if anybody needs a fully competant lift engineer i'm your man. After all i've done it once what else can go wrong?

Dont you mean that you should be a fireman?

You did not explain why you had to go to the Wardens office to make a release handle. I would have thought a bit of copper pipe in the van!

LMAO

Please, i was just bored and i'm waiting for this to be removed, but i thought the titke might get some interest. LOL

As for your low pressure you should never ever evr consider an unvented cylinder to help this as they are a time bomb waiting to happen!!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! :)

Too late! I'll post the results on youtube

But a thermal store to go with that unvented grade 2 cylinder would make opening your lift with a gas meter key so much easier.

But only if you had done it before...

If only you knew how to work it out.

@ Tony

No i meant fire persons!! there were plenty of willing ears to regail my story!! and all in the best PC taste!!

Van?? why would a competant engineer need a van? I had to go to the wardens office as it faced south and it was about 11:54, i had a pair of pliers, a pair of footprints, a magnifying glass and some foil off the wardens sandwiches. Egg and cress if you want system details! Anyway, come noon, i managed to smelt something to work and it did. I suppose you want more info to provide proof?

If only you knew how to work it out.

I WORK ON FACTS ONLY NOT PERSONAL OPINION. YOU FEEL I DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK IT BUT YOU SHOULD SEE ME IN HEELS AND STOCKINGS!!

Sorry i meant get your facts right *cough*
