House built in 2006, paint job was never done very well initially.
In one room I can see ceiling board seams when it’s dark and the light on. Not really visible during the day. There isn’t no visible bump where the tapered edges haven’t been filled enough.
Could this just be a crap paint job? Don’t want to start easifilling for no reason ?
