Dudley Duoflush?

Five or so years ago I fitted a Dudley Duo-flush to our bathroom toilet, which has been working fine, lately it has only been doing a low flush even when the handle is operated for a full flush.
Any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

Plastic bung in the side of the syphon has come out, check in the cistern.

Checked the cistern but cannot see any plastic bung.

Unclip the syphon and pull it out, it might be stuck inside it.

I have now found the plastic bung, all fitted and works OK, thank you for your advice much appreciated.
