Dulux Flat Matt vs Vinyl Matt - what difference?

Hello,

We're planning to paint our flat in Dulux Heritage colours and were keen to use Flat Matt, but it doesn't seem to be available here in the Czech Republic. Is Vinyl Matt pretty similar or is there a noticeable difference?
