The roof in my new house has no felt. It's just tiles. It's drafty and very dust. I'd like to be able to store some stuff up there, including soft toys, electricals and would like to reduce the dust levels. Am I right to think I can staple some building paper to the rafters? If so, is this the sort of stuff I need?

Would anyone happen to know how much it costs?
