E-Mail Problems

Mrs B is having problems with her e-mails and can neither send nor receive. Three other users on the same computer have no problems whatsoever. When she tries to send an e-mail, the following message is displayed.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Any suggestions to remedy this malfunction will be gratefully received.

Have you checked that the email account is correctly set up for each person in your email application e.g. In Outlook - goto tools - email accounts - view account settings. Compare to those that work

Have you tried google? Type the exact error message you receive?

I am pretty sure that you will get loads of hits - problem then is the time to shift through to get to your particular issues
