"Earth leakage current" is no more

(p21 - Definitions)
Earth leakage current Deleted by BS7671:2001 (see protective conductor current)

(p24 - Definitions)
protective conductor current Electric current which flows in a protective conductor under normal operating conditions.

Was discussing the above change to the regs at my C&G night class,
apparently it's no longer correct to talk about "Earth leakage" as it infers something that isn't right as opposed to something designed for.

Does anyone know roughly how much leakage current oops I mean "protective conductor current" the average Personal Computer will put onto the CPC ?
