Earthing Bath Taps

Hi,
I have connected plastic speedfit tap connectors to a bath tap. The plastic pipe then joins to copper pipe. Do I need to earth the taps? If so what do I need to use?

you bond all the pipes (each pipe once) to all the circuits (each circuit once)

not the taps

It's common practise to bond all the services where they enter the bathroom. This can often be done unobtrusively by installing the bonding in an adjacent airing cupboard or similar. There's no need to bond anything that's contained wholly within the room. Some would argue doing so renders the installation less safe.
