Ebay cant upload an image

I have load images previously (about 2 yrs ago), now I get error message saying can only upload JPEG,GIF,PNG, BMP. My image is jpeg I have tried changing the extension, I have goooogle any ideas?.

Load it into a program like Irfanview and re-save (re-size too if required) as the file you really want. If Irfanview can't load it, the file is corrupt

Still no joy.
File not corrupt, have tried it on lots of different images.
I can do what I like with the image except add it to ebay, even an image from ebay I cannot reuse it.

Ebay has two uploaders - have you tried the simple one?

Just did a test.. I had to switch to 'advanced' & it has loaded the picture.
Wonder why it works in advanced?
Oh well its sort of sorted.
