Hi, wondering if anyone can shed any light on which replacement ECH Actuator I need

As usual it’s waited until I’m away with work to pack in, but it sounds like a similar issue I had with my hot water valve where a constant switched live was being generated by the actuator head.
I fixed that by replacing the actuator BUT due to the age of the valve I couldn’t just replace the actuator. Hoping this one is just an actuator swap
I’ve had a Google and found the V222P actuator but wondering if the “C1742” means anything before I order one???
