Why doesn't your employer request the services of an electrician to carry out electrical installations?
It is not possible to give a general answer to this question as it depends on the length of the runs to the distribution board, whether the heaters are on individual circuits or some kind of shared circuit and the ammount of volt drop between the incomer to the premiss and the distribution board the heaters will be fed from.
You really need to speak to the electrician who will be connecting it up and signing it off before you start running in cable.
