wasn't sure whether to post this in plumbing or electrics but here goes...

I'm converting a second floor of a garage into a flat/bedsit. It will have a water and electricity supply but no gas. There will be a shower room and a kitchen/living area and a bedroom.

The plan is to use electric radiators, what I'd like to know is what the best product/technique is for heating the water to supply a shower and the kitchen.

Thanks.
