Hi

We have just moved into a rented home, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have no central heating. Is there electric radiators out there that are a good alternative to CH radiators? Needs to be cost efficiant to run

Cheers

Ask your Landlord to supply you some, with built in thermostats, controlled with either a built in timer or plug in time clocks.

The bedrooms will get pretty cold and maybe mouldy with out some sort of back ground heating.

Never cheap to run I'm afraid. Some say the oil filled ones are best, but I don't reckon there is any difference

I was really impressed with this little heater, @ £20/£35 hard to beat. I got a separate plug in timer as well, or go for the next one which has built in timer. I hung them on the wall. The heat is instant, your oil one takes longer to warm up but you can hang a towel on your one, something you can't do with these.
