electric shower running cold

hello out there.... ive got a problem with my electric shower...when i turned it on it went scalding hot then ran cold and the temperature can not be adjusted with the thermostat any ideas?????

no but can you tell me how you insert them faces in the writing, perhaps diy not could explain.....thank you

when you post you select which "face" you want buy seecting the one you want. default is none

how old is the shower and do you live in a hard water area?

i have had the shower approx threeyears and has been working a treat (tritron 80i), all that happened yesterday is that when i turned the shower on as normal it ran scalding hot hen cold and i cannot now adjust the temperature.... it is permanently running cold

Sounds like the element is scuppered. New shower time I suspect.
