The electric underfloor heating in my flat (3 bedroom) works absolutely fine in some parts of the flat but in 2 rooms the underfloor heating does not seem to work at all. Each of the rooms has its own thermostat (OJ Microline), I have had these checked and they have 240v coming in & out so that rules out a thermostat problem. The controller obviously works fine as there is some underfloor heating that works. Any advice on where the problem is?

Goosed circuits, and a good example of why electric Underfloor heating is daft as a primary heat source.

At a guess, these mats tend to be of limited size and joined together. So some areas working and some not would suggest that some of the mats have burned out or the heating element has sheared. Only solution would be to lift them and replace them
