I asked then why would you come out. Told me i should use gas instead. I told him that money was an issue and i can't make tons of changes. he never called me back with any more answers. can anyone give me a clue to do this. i want to add anthor bathroom in house. we only have one and with mother, mother in law, 2 kids, and hubby i am tired of waiting in line and need to move tank to open up space in room. thank you for the help have a good day.

Oh my!... For you, an instant water water heater is definitely not the way to go... The largest electric water heater that I have seen was one made by Bosch that an American buddy of mine bought... it required 3 phase electric and had a total output of 24kW, Even over here 24kW of instant water heating is only suitable for an apartment with a shower.... Since you intend to have two bathrooms, and I know that you guys like to have plenty of water flow, I would stay with the electric water cylinder if gas is not an option. Perhaps if yours is getting a little old, a new one may have better insulation..
