Electrolux Hob

I have just purchased an electrolux ceramic hob with touch controls.
It has rings that state infusion on them.

The problem is that it has 4 wires in the flex earth,neutral,a brown wire and a black wire have you any thoughts

what the manufacturers instructions say? normally you will have installation instructions.
