electronic programmer and heating problems..............

radiators and heating comes on when i turn on hot water only button on my electronic programmer which is a ACL LIFESTYLE LP112 model.......
can anybody help please???

Probably a motorised valve stuck, or wiring error. Would need full system details to comment further

dont know if programmer ever worked just moved into house 5 weeks ago....................

Trial and error really, i would start by having the programmer replaced.
