No power in CH programmer

Hi

This morning we have no power in the ACL Lifestyle digital programmer (Model LP 241) in the utility downstairs, which mean I have no CH or hot water.

Any ideas why it happened and how I can get it working again please?

Any help would would greatly appreciated
