Empty heating system

Hi
We have just moved in to a house that has had the central heating emptied for the past few weeks (apparently, it was emptied because the house has been empty for a few weeks or something). Will it be ok to just fill the system back up and leave it at that or would it be better to give it a flush or something else? The boiler looks reasonably new.

I would fill the system and switch it on
