My elderly neighbour asked me to help him with his email (he needed to attach a photo). He is a quite savvy retired accountant and uses Excel in ways that I really admire, but he's not really into security. When we first logged into the computer he had set a password hint as 'dog's name'. I warned him that anyone who got hold of his machine could easily find that out and he asked me to get rid of the reminder. I didn't know how to do that but I bet it's really simple once you know how. It's just the reminder he wants to erase, not the actual password. It's Win10 and I updated it for him to the latest version (1903).
