Error code AO9

Error code AO9 came up on the boiler which the gas engineer said was the Thermistor. This was replaced but it’s still showing the same code and cutting out before it reaches temperature.
He was baffled by this and said if the boiler was working ok to leave it but I’d rather it was fixed.
Has anyone any idea as to what it could be please?

A quick search suggests you have a Vokéra boiler? Can you confirm this and model?

Ok. It's suggested the wiring or control if the thermistor has been replaced. I would try another engineer or perhaps Vokèra on a fixed price repair - depends what they're charging and the issue.
