I have just replaced a Mira Zest shower with a Essentials shower but have discovered that I have the same issues in that the temp is either too cold or too hot. Could this relate to the water pressure or any suggestions welcome.

you won't have two faulty showers.
do you live in a flat etc ?
how long was the zest installed before playing up ?
was it any time of day or just mornings or evenings ?
