I'm considering this for a 70m2 sequence of rooms, including a kitchen. Does anyone have any experience of it?

I'd been resigned to fitting an LVT such as Karndean glued to 5mm ply, but this seems to be an enticing alternative given that the material makes it invulnerable to water damage.

My concern is that 2 years later the joints will have opened up like a cheap laminate and it'll be falling apart compared to glue down alternatives, but the 5mm thickness would mean surface prep would be far easier?

Thanks

If you want a click go for Quickstep livyn as no expansion and no hassle if direct sunlight on it.
Glue down will always be the best option though.
