Extending concrete base for a concrete garage

Hi

I have an existing concrete shed base 10' x 12'. I have ordered a concrete modeular garage 12.5' x 16.5' so i want to extend the original concrete base to fir the new structure.
Is there anything specific I need to consider - e.g. for warned is for armed. My main concern is joining the 2 as the base will be the bottom of the garage.
