It seems to be the year of "getting the garden sorted"

As shown in the attached pictures, the shed currently sits tall at the bottom of the garden on a concrete/brick base - id like to utilize the space alongside (2M x 2M)to extend the shed base and slide the shed across onto it - Ultimately this will free up space to allow a wider garage to be built alongside it that would actually be big enough to actually keep a car in!!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to approach constructing this base? - given the depth will need to be around 250mm above ground to level with the existing platform, will a concrete pour be suitable? - The existing base seems to have a brick core with what looks like a concrete "skim" around it..

Thanks in advance!
