Hello, we are looking to buy a flat and have noticed two large external cracks above the bay window at the front of the property. It's an old victorian conversion flat on the lower ground floor of a 3 story house. The cracks weren't visible on the inside of the property. I'd plan on getting an survey done, but before we spend the money doing so I wondered if it's something people think would cause concern? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
