Hi,
We seem to have a problem with an outside drain letting water from the kitchen waste into the void under the house. It appears to be the seal that has gone between the downpipe that the drain lid sits upon & the bend below taking it away to the main drain (this is all outside)
The drain isn't blocked as I stuck a hose in the bend & the water level didn't increase (didn't decrease either so it looks like its not very inclined towards the main drain)
House is 70 years old & parts in question are Ceramic - what can I use to seal it back up ?
Cement ?
something else more suitable ?
Thanks for any help.
