External Stud Wall to block up Garage Door

Hi all, total newbie to the site and need some help.

I want to remove my garage door and block up the hole with a timber frame wall.

There'll be a 30 inch door to one side.

Planning on lining both inside and out with OSB and cladding the exterior.

I've got a good idea of what I'm doing but any tips appreciated or if anyone has a link to a How To Guide even better.

Do I need to put any waterproofing between the exterior OSB and the cladding?

A breathable membrane would be usual.
