Starting Stud Wall

Hello.

Not sure how to "start" this garage OSB project ?

OSB stud wall on joist between garage doors to partition the double garage.
OSB ceiling.

Main joist spacing 600 mm.

Note block wall has two joints close together.

1. Ceiling first then stud ?
Maybe painful since stud joist hidden.
1200 mm OSB centred on stud joist ?
2 X 600mm OSB meet on centre of stud joist ?

2. Stud then ceiling ?
Easier to see what is going on.
But first OSB ceiling board will need support - noggins ?

Not after perfection just trying to warm place up for a couple of gym machines..
