Extra-wide exposed mixer?

Hi,

Our shower currently has an unbranded exposed mixer unit that has failed and needs replacing. Unfortunately the pipes currently come out of the wall 200mm apart, and the widest unit I've been able to find is 170mm wide

Does anyone have any suggestions that don't involve tearing the wall down?
