Hi

I am creating a WC / utility with NO window / vent. So I know i need forced ventillation. I wish it to be timed and quiet. The only things going in the room is a bog, sink and T.dryer. Maybe a washing MC too.

Can u recmnd a fan? Most say they extract at 85m3 / hour, yet one website advised for my room I'll need one that does 200m3 per hour? That sounds big and noisy?

The room is nominally 8x8x8 ft in size.

Cheers

If there's any roof space above the room, then fit an inline fan as they're much quieter than through-the-wall fans. Otherwise, avoid the cheap ones. Look at these quiet ones. On this page, you will also find a pdf of Part F of the regs which will help you work out your requirements. You should be fine with a 100mm intermittent fan. Are you venting the dryer seperately?
