Take out the drawer and wash it in hot water with a nylon washing-up brush. Usually it is clogged with congealed softener and soap powder.
Yours might have a two-part container that you can take apart, with two pipes that fit inside each other to make a syphon. Clean that out well. Observe it carefully so that you reassemble it right.
Give it a clean once a month or so.
Also look upwards for the water jets that squirt into the drawer, and scrub then free of blockages.
Come back if that doesn't fix it in case it is the electric valve or internal pipes.
