i have a kenmore top loading model number 110.24832200 the fabric softener splatters out of the dispenser and gets all over the lid while it is washing the clothes. seems to be alot of slippage in the top of the agitator where the cam is causing excess vibration but dont know if that is the whole problem or not. thanks
