FDW60g hotpoint dishwasher does not heat

I have a problem with my dishwasher. The water does not heat. I have replaced heating element but still not working properly. I would be grateful if someone could give me some help.

Silly question..... where are they located in the dishwasher and are they easy to fit?

found behind top consol panel ,remove about 6 screws then lift down ,plug and play just a couple or connector blocks
