Ferroli boiler not reaching temperature

We have a ferroli medina 102 combi boiler and the central heating doesn't reach the set temperature, and the hot water cycles between hot and cold. We have topped the pressure up to two bar. The boiler doesn't seem to reach temperature.

SOunds like there might be more than one problem. Would need a thorough check from the basics up. Sludge could be a factor too.

check the the fan sounds like the boiler is struggling could be just the venturi needs replacing

This morning for example the heating isn't working at all but the shower was lovely and hot.
The boiler is only two years old.

start saving,check the thermisters if one is faulty change the pair about eleven pounds,CHECK the venturi red/grey replace with white,is the flue restrictor fitted?if you do not know what i am talking about you need a competent person to investigate
