My Ferroli CH boiler kept cutting out, and a heavy clicking noise like something was trying to engage could be heard.
I had to turn it off and wait before turning it on. it would then cut out.
I called in a repair guy who tried to repeat the fault and as normal it worked for the hour he was with me.
He said the PCB had gone for sure.
I went out and spent 230 pounds on a new one but the boiler has worked perfectly for 4 weeks now.
I am reluctant to have this new one fitted for the sake of it and then have the fault return at a later date.
Surely if the PCB "goes" it doesn't heal itself.
Anyone with any solutions.
