ferroli optima 700 problem

hi

can anyone help i am going mad with this
my ferroli optima 700 will only stay on when hot water only is selected when i switch to heating and hot water the pilot light goes out???

You may have a simple problem with the thermocouple, but it is a job for a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Unusual that the pilot stays on on dhw but not dhw & ch
