ferroli optima 701 pilot light cutting out on hot water only

pillot light cutting out on hot water only ok on heating. I have checked b.p and noticed that the burner pressure will not modulate down when water is hot. I have changed domestic hot water censor and still have the same problem. I have also re-adjusted minimum and maximum burner pressure at the gas valve and still no joy. Can somebody help.
