ferroli optima 701

Hi,all,new to site and would like some help with a Ferroli optima 701 combi.Hot water working fine but no heating either on continious or programmed,have changed all 3 thermisters to no avil,could it be the control switch or mcb and are they both changable and easy to change ,thanks
