Ferrolli 77ff combi advise please

Hi all, it's that time of year for the boiler to start having problems. Right all it is, when HW is used after a few minutes the boiler shuts down including the pilot. Pilot relights ok every time and will be ok until HW is used again.CH side has no problems.could someone just confirm what the led's should be doing and the location of the HW thermister. That was useful, just what I needed, someone who states the obvious. Don't take things to literally mate.
