FIAT PUNTO STARTING PROBLEM

I also have a problem starting the car in the morning. It sounds like the battery is flat, but I have had the battery tested at a couple of places and they say the battery is fine but it is just flat, something is obviously causing the battery to go flat overnight. The car has a good run during the day as I am travelling about 40 miles every day.

COULD ANYONE PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

Did they check the alternator too?

could simply be a bad earth connection from battery to body of car........Italian steel/electrics not known for longevity

Checked and cleaned the connections to the battery. They say Alternator is fine aswell.

Then do the obvious.Disconnect the battery overnight,if it starts in the morning you will have to find what is draining the battery by using a suitable Amp Meter in line with the battery + and pulling fuses to find the drain.
