Hi all,

Curious if anyone has experience of the below product shown in the attached image, this is present in a 1960s bungalow with plain concrete tiles. With the corrugated nature it makes me wonder if this has a structural element to it as the rafter sections look very small given the spacing, also head scratching how the roof battens integrate in this scenario externally. I was interested to know if anyone could identify this product please as I would like to undertake some research on a potential house purchase.

The seller was open form the outset and confirmed it has a very low asbestos content which was a condition when they purchased the house 15 years ago. If I did decide to proceed with it no doubt the mortgage company will insist on an independent survey, if they didn't I would.

It was more I had never seen this product before and was curious what it actually is. Obviously I can't really start lifting tiles without permission.

Im never surprised with where asbestos appears. 1000s of tons of it used for so many things. That's a new one to me
