Fill gaps in plaster coving...?

That's about 6 inches tall and there's about 3-4 metres to fill I'm guessing from when they changed the windows... ?

Right now I'm thinking the best idea is to try and find a piece of the right design and fill the gap, although my wife's old engineer grandfather would have fashioned his own router bits ......... :shock:

There are companys out there that will re-produce moulding knifes if you take them a sample. They can get it spot on.
