Filling Boiler

Hi everyone.
Sorted out my boiler but having to wait for the engineer to come in a week or two.
Can anyone tell me if it is doing harm by keep using the filling loop to put water back into the boiler to keep the pressure at 1.5 bar to keep the heating and hot water going, or will it eventually give up on me, not being HEATING ENGINEER.

Its not a good idea. can cause a build of scale and introduce oxygen to the system. Usually from leaking prv due to undersize or under serviced expansion vessel. les usually from a leak on the system. Get some one to fix it sooner. don't wait.
