Hello, I was giving a new ceiling the final coat of emulsion and just as I got near the end a great chunk came off onto the roller. Its a drylined ceiling and happened at the joint (easyfill) although there is some flaking elsewhere maybe over the screws?. Im assuming the joints hadnt dried fully although the first coats didnt have this problem and I waited over a week to do the last couple. the house is unheated and I used 10% water.
Anyone know whats best thing to do now? as im worried it will happen again. Thanks

Easi-fill is way over-rated. Plasterboard adhesive is much better and a fraction of the cost. . Easi-fill needs to be mist coated at least down to 25%. Better not using the stuff really.
